You can access this site with any web browsers in theory, but Mophisoft Account Book had only rigorous testing in Microsoft IE 8.0 and Mozilla Firefox 3.5, so we can't vouch for the problems may be caused by others browsers at present. Please inform me for these incompatible problems if you convenient, and we advise Firefox 3.5 and IE 8.0 with resolving capability 1024×768 or 1280×800 to browse for the best visual effect and operation experience. Most of pages' in this site are multilingual support, and it will automatic selection according to your local language that browser customized, so you need have no worries on inconvenience of language barrier. At present, Mophisoft support English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, and default English if system can't match your local language. Mentionable is, part of translation may cause you bepuzzlement due to restriction of English ability. Hope your understanding and correction. 3.1　If you are beginner, you can register, tryout or do nothing according to inclination. "Register" links is located in top left corner of every page. Click to enter and input some required informations (Of course you must read and agree with Mophisoft's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy); After your informations submitted, you will receive an email about account infos and activation link, Mophisoft will inform you register succeed after access that link.
3.2　If you are registered already, you can logon at homepage directly. There are eight main functions of "Account Overview", "Account Center", "Statistic Center", "Friend Manage", "Message Manage", "Settings Panel" "Personal Profile" and "Security Logout" in your account.
3.3　"Account Overview" only show your account overview such as registered time, last logon time, subtotal for today and current month, prewarning for category and so on.
3.4　"Account Center" is the main page for tally which include add, modify and remove functions. It only show account record for current month default, and you can change the month combo box to see others months (current year limit) status. To know more details please access statistic report.
3.5　"Statistic Center" include "Accounts Detail Report", "Categories Detail Report" (Unfulfilment yet) and "Income and Expense Chart" and they are easy to statistic analysis.
3.6　"Friend Manage" and "Message Manage" manage your friends and messages.3.7　"Settings Panel" customize your account categories, open level, display mode and so on. The category is default when account initializtion and you cound add or modify or remove some categories.
3.8　At "Personal Profile", you can change your registered details or password.
3.9　After you logon and before you leave, please click "Security Logout" to quit account, or else account's security may be threatened. 4.1　User score before this new version was calculated by the number of login times, 1 point for once login.
4.2　Now, the score rule is, 1 point for once login and 5 points upper limit everyday, 2 points for once tally and 10 points upper limit everyday.
4.3　There is no influence to use account book that how much score did you have, the purpose of score is undetermined. 5.1　Customize your category: Try to use universality and abstract category. For example use habilatory instead of hat, coat, trousers, socks, shoes or others. Your subcategory can note at remark of every account item, it also can be analyzed. Of course you can say no absolutely, but it will make your account looks confusion.
5.2　Fill in your remark: As stated above, apart from subcategory, you can fill in any infos to remark field, for examples place, brand, people or things. In this way, you can assemble countless reports as expense of NIKE brand for some time, expense at KFC for some time, even the income status with someone (I meant, suppose that you pick up little money day-by-day, and you can note that pick money with whom for analyzing who can bring you luck in the future). Engel Coefficient is the proportion of income spent on food falls. It's an important indicant to measure standard of living. Food is primary need of people, it's a logical necessity that buy food when income on low level. As this proportion or "Engel coefficient" increases, the country is by nature poorer, conversely a low Engel coefficient indicates a higher standard of living.
In order to calculate Engel Coefficient automatically, you need to visit page "Settings"-"Other Settings", and select which categories belong to FOOD, then you can see this indicant on "Overview" page.
